Investments Broker – платформа просто ужас. Залипает каждые пять минут, графики не обновляются, а ордера иногда зависают в стадии «ожидание». Funds – поддержка у этого брокера просто ужасная. Пишешь в онлайн чат, ждёшь полчаса, а в ответ приходит шаблонное сообщение, будто робот отвечает. Попросил помощи с верификацией аккаунта, а они просто прислали ссылку на общую FAQ и всё. Чувствуешь себя как будто говоришь со стеной, никакой индивидуальной подход. Попытка позвонить по телефону тоже не помогла – длинные гудки и потом автомат. Из‑за этого даже простые вопросы занимают кучу времени. אני עובד עם STOXX כבר כמה חודשים. הכל עובד סבבה, אבל העמלות קצת גבוהות לטעמי. התמיכה שלהם עונה מהר יחסית, אבל לפעמים הם לא ממש מבינים מה אני רוצה מהם. הפלטפורמה יציבה, לא נתקעה לי אף פעם. סך הכל ברוקר אמין, אבל הייתי שמח אם היו מורידים קצת את העמלות על משיכות. לא משהו מיוחד אבל עושה את העבודה.
