Investments Broker platform keeps freezing during news. I tried to close a trade at NFP but got slippage of 15 pips. Support said it's normal volatility. Yeah right. The web terminal is okay but the mobile app is trash. Also the spreads on EURUSD are wider than advertised. Not sure if I'll stay.
