Блин, поддержка Investments Broker реально медленная. Написал в чат в 10 утра, ответили только к вечеру. Проблема была с верификацией, но они даже не извинились. В итоге сам разобрался. Не ожидал такого от брокера с такой рекламой. Может, мне просто не повезло, но осадок остался.

הם ביקשו ממני המון מסמכים ל-KYC ב-Investments Broker. שלחתי תעודת זהות, חשבון חשמל, ואפילו צילום של כרטיס אשראי. אחרי שבוע אמרו שצריך עוד אישור. הרגיש כמו בירוקרטיה מטורפת. בסוף אישררו, אבל החוויה הייתה מבאסת. לא יודע אם הם מפוקחים בכלל, אולי כן.

Been with Investments Broker for like 4 months now. Execution is okay most days but during news the slippage is real, got filled 12 pips off once on GBPUSD. Spreads on majors decent, raw account is better. Support answers within an hour usually. Not the worst, not amazing either.

ניסיתי לפתוח חשבון ב-Investments Broker ונתקעתי באימות מסמכים. ביקשו צילום ת.ז וחשבון חשמל, שלחתי פעמיים וכל פעם אומרים שהתמונה לא ברורה. אחרי שבוע זה אושר סוף סוף. הממשק בעברית לא שלם, חלק מהדברים רק באנגלית. המרווחים סבירים אבל יש עמלה על הפקדה.
