yo so the supports alright at UFTGROUP but sometimes it takes forever to get a reply like are they chillin with my pizza or wut?? but when they do reply fortunatly its kinda solid answers so that saves them probs moms still says "be patient" but bruh time is money 😅

UFTGROUP has some pretty dope educational material man their vids are kinda helpful tbh not gonna lie tho I expected the platform to be a bit smoother like there's this weird lag at times which is mad annoying would be 5 stars if they fix it

Сам процесс торговли удобный, всё понятно. А вот с выводом криптовалюты возникли сложности — пришлось проходить дополнительные проверки. Это затянулось почти на неделю. Лучше сразу информировать о таких нюансах.

UFTGROUP surprised me with their excellent customer support. They offer tight spreads on major currencies, which is a big win for frequent traders like me. The interface is a bit outdated, but it’s functional. They should definitely work on modernizing the UI for a better experience.

Демо-режим странный — графики скачут, как будто живут своей жизнью. Сам брокер вроде норм, интерфейс удобный, но такие мелочи подрывают доверие. При выводе задержек не было, и это плюс.

Пользуюсь услугами этого брокера уже полгода. В целом, платформа удобная, но не идеальная. По функционалу не хуже конкурентов, но вот исполнение ордеров иногда хромает. Например, во время активных торгов спред по GBP/USD расширялся с 1.8 до 4.5 пунктов, что делает скальпинг практически невозможным. Еще один момент — техподдержка. Ответы есть, но ждать их можно от 30 минут до нескольких часов, особенно в загруженные дни. Вывод средств занимает в среднем сутки, но один раз задержали выплату на 3 дня. В целом, брокер нормальный, но хотелось бы более оперативную поддержку и предсказуемые торговые условия.
