The first ActivTrades office appeared in Switzerland in 2001. It was originally a small brokerage firm offering services to local traders. After several years of activity, the broker expanded the list of clients - not only private Forex market players, but also well-known corporations began to work with the company.

In 2005, the founders of ActivTrades moved their headquarters from Switzerland to the capital of Great Britain (London has long been assigned the title of the world's main financial center).
