BTCALPHA is decent for crypto trading but their forex offerings leave much to be desired. The spreads are a bit wide and their platform UI can be jarring. Customer support is alright, but I wish they had more payout options. If you're focusing on crypto, it's a good choice, otherwise, there are better options out there.

BTCALPHA offers a decent range of crypto assets, but the biggest letdown has to be the customer support. It took days for them to get back to me on a simple query. The spreads are reasonable, but the interface is a bit clunky. Not the best for beginners.
