ClickTrade.es is a Spanish broker that is owned by iBroker Global Markets SV, SA, which also owns another broker, iBroker.

Despite the fact that ClickTrade and iBroker are legally separated and have different domains, in fact, they represent a single trading platform. ClickTrade specializes in stocks trading and iBroker specializes in derivatives. The integration has simplified the account opening process. A single contract includes trading in both types of assets.

iBroker Global Markets is regulated and monitored by the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV, registration number 260). CNMV is an independent agency but reports to the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Finance. Licensed financial service providers in Spain are required to keep customer funds in segregated accounts.

Moreover, since Spain is a member of the European Union, traders can be confident that the company meets the basic MiFID standards. The European MiFID Directive is intended to regulate investment services in all EU member states with the aim of increasing competition and consumer protection. ClickTrade can represent its brokerage services throughout the European Union.

We should also point out that iBroker Global Markets is a member of FOGAIN, an investor compensation scheme for clients of Spanish investment firms, which guarantees a refund of up to 100,000 euros in the event of a broker's insolvency.
