Верификация прошла быстро, а вот доступ ко второму уровню оказался непростым — система несколько раз не принимала мои документы. Поддержка помогла, но хотелось бы больше автоматизации процесса.

Торгую здесь около полугода. В основном всё устраивает — особенно низкие спреды и стабильный вывод. Но мобильное приложение часто зависает при переключении между графиками, это раздражает. На десктопе всё лучше.

Не скажу что ужасный брокер но лаги на платформе бесят особенно когда рынок активный деньги выводят но не быстро поддержка отвечает как будто им вообще неинтересно :((

После нескольких успешных сделок вдруг потребовали повторную верификацию перед выводом. Поддержка объяснила, что это стандартная процедура, но заняло это несколько дней. Если бы сразу предупредили, не было бы негатива.

Поддержка отвечает формально. Пытался выяснить, почему платформа подвисает, но мне просто прислали инструкцию по обновлению браузера. Ощущение, что реальные проблемы их не интересуют.

Перешёл сюда после неудачного опыта с предыдущим брокером. Пока всё выглядит неплохо, но иногда возникают вопросы по исполнению ордеров. Поддержка работает, но иногда хотелось бы более оперативного ответа. Надеюсь, ситуация будет улучшаться.

Скажу сразу что здесь очень плохая платформа,развод голимый. Графики не совпадают с реальными,в нужный момент может зависнуть свеча и пойти в другую сторону ,сторону проигрыша. Прокатывает когда ставишь позицию в ненужную сторону,решают миллиметры всегда в не вашу пользу.В общем сольете однозначно.Выплаты своевременно но маленькие суммы,если большие то все сделают чтоб не вывести сразу,чтоб оставил и проиграл. Хотите оставить деньги регистрируйтесь.
