Honestly BTCALPHA is a mixed bag. The platform works fine for me but their support is slow and sometimes doesn't answer. The fees are okay but I noticed some hidden charges on withdrawals. The education section is weak though - no good tutorials. Overall I'd give it 3 stars because the trading interface is decent but the customer service needs a huge overhaul. Definitely not the best broker I've tried so far.

BTCALPHA is amazing! Support team is super responsive and always helps. Доброе сопровождение - really helpful. Platform is clean and easy to navigate. Fast withdrawals, no delays. Fees are reasonable. Definitely recommend BTCALPHA. Great experience! Spanish: muy bueno. Hebrew: מעולה. German: gut.
